Spray PU white background (two→ dry sanding →spray PU color base (two) → dry sanding →spray UV topcoat→IR leveling→ UV curing.

Key factors: 1. After spraying two PU color bases, it must be dry, otherwise it will affect the adhesion between PU and UV, and after drying, it is necessary to do fine sanding, on the one hand, it is conducive to adhesion, on the other hand, the board surface is more beautiful.2. The amount of UV paint spraying must be moderate, not too thick, otherwise the paint layer will crack due to the reaction force of the UV paint itself.3. Leveling and UV curing time must be mastered.
